Will my limescale be reduced?

Yes all our filtration systems reduce limescale build up and calcium around the home.

How easy is it to replace the filters?

The filters are very easy to replace. We send them out to your door with a video QR code showing you how to replace them. It take approximately 5 mins to complete this.

What does your system help with in my home?

Our filtration systems help to remove limescale, chlorine and heavy metals. This can help with protecting appliances, improved hair and skin quality and healthy drinking water.

How long is the warranty?

We offer a lifetime warranty* on all products and workmanship for all customers on our monthly filter care plan.

How often do the filters need changing?

All our systems should have the filters changed a minimum of once per year. If you have a household with high water usage or 6+ people you may want to consider doing this more often.

What are the units made of?

Our whole house water filtration units are made of a polished 304 grade stainless steel.

Is the unit wall or ground mounted?

Our whole house units are generally ground mounted but also have the ability to be wall mounted depending on customer preference and water meter location.

Will this system affect my water pressure?

Typically our systems do not affect your water pressure on your property. We conduct water pressure tests prior to installation to ensure your property will be suitable for a filtration system and that the water pressure fits within our product operation specs. A small amount of customers have reported a 10% reduction on water pressure.

Will my water supply be affected during the install?

Yes your water supply will need to be turned off for approximately 30 minutes during your installation. We will let you know before we do this.

Do I need to be home for the installation?

It is recommended but not required. Depending on the system we install will depend on the level of access we need to your property. Our whole house system requires only access to your water meter. The reverse osmosis system will required access to the sink in your kitchen.

How long will this filtration system last for?

All our systems come with a lifetime warranty* for all customers on our filter care plan. So it should last forever as long as you replace your filters annually.

Will I notice any chlorine taste or smell after install?

No you won't notice any taste or smell of chlorine after your filtration system installation.

How long does the install take?

Our installs typically take 2-4 hours on the day depending on the type of filtration system we are installing.
